2. Client Responsibilities

Clients hosting our vending machines agree to:

  • Provide safe, accessible space for our machines.

  • Ensure access to power and/or internet if required.

  • Promptly notify us of any issues, damage, or required maintenance.

  • Not tamper with, move, or open the machines unless authorized.

3. Our Responsibilities

We commit to:

  • Installing and stocking vending machines with quality consumables.

  • Conducting routine servicing and restocking.

  • Responding promptly to maintenance issues or customer concerns.

  • Maintaining hygiene and safety standards for all products.

4. Machine Ownership

All vending machines remain the sole property of Mayfair Vending LLC, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Placement of a machine does not transfer ownership or title.​

 

5. Sales & Inventory

All sales from our vending machines are final unless the product is defective or expired. In such cases, customers may contact us for a replacement or refund.

We aim to maintain adequate inventory levels but cannot guarantee availability of all products at all times.​

 

6. Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Damage or loss caused by misuse or tampering with our machines.

  • Electrical or utility issues outside our control.

  • Injuries caused by misuse of the vending equipment.

 

That said, we take all reasonable measures to ensure our equipment is safe and secure.​

 

7. Website Use

By using our website, you agree not to:

  • Use it for illegal purposes or to solicit unlawful activities.
